Spring Annual Meeting & Off-Site Class: April 19-22, 2026 

CLASS LOCATION: The Morgan Center at Jekyll Island Club Resort

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

You MUST be a 2026 Sponsor of the Georgia Coroners Association to attend this event. If you are a sponsor, your 2026 Sponsorship Dues MUST be paid in FULL prior to the event. 

Vendor Set-Up:
Doors will open SUNDAY (4/19) at 11:00AM to 3:00PM to set up your table/booth area.
We will provide one (1) table, two (2) chairs, and one tablecloth at your exhibitor table. 

ITINERARY:
Sunday (4/19): 
- Vendor Check-in (11:00AM-3:00PM) 
- Hospitality Suite Opens ay 4:00PM (Sponsored by ATL BIO)
- Executive Board Meeting at 4:00PM (NO Vendors)

Monday (4/20): 
Coffee & Check-in: 7:00-8:30AM 
Class: 8:00AM-5:00PM 
>> VENDOR INTRODUCTIONS between 10:00AM-12:00PM
- Hospitality Suite Opens ay 4:00PM
Membership Meeting: 4:00-6:00PM (NO Vendors)

Tuesday (4/21): 
Coffee & Check-in: 7:00-8:30AM 
Class: 8:00AM-5:00PM - Vendors are allowed to break down, and not required to return Wednesday. 
>> 2:00PM: Vendor Raffle Giveaways - we encourage all vendors to provide a raffle item

Wednesday (4/22): 
Coffee & Check-in: 7:00-8:30AM 
Class: 8:00AM-3:00PM
